Ordering Autographed Copies

Those interested in ordering an autographed copies of the book have two options:

1. Purchase one of the 52 lettered editions. Not only will you get my autograph, but you'll also get Dean's and additional material. If you wish to have one of these, please order it through CD Publications.
   
2. If you wish to purchase one of the trade editions and want me to sign it for you here's the scoop. I have set up a deal with Roy Robbins of Bad Moon Books in California to be the exclusive carrier of autographed copies. Order a copy through his Web site (link below) and state that you would like an autographed trade copy. Please include any personalization instructions and I will do my best to follow. If you do not include any instructions, I will just sign it. Once the book is released Roy will send me the requests and the books. I will sign them and then ship them out. Please realize that this will delay your receiving your book up to several weeks and an additional shipping cost may be added to the price of the book. (I'll do my best to get them out ASAP.)

If you have already ordered your book through CD or another bookseller and wish to have me sign your book I will accept books shipped to me as long as return postage is included. These arrangements can be made after the book has been released.
