It's been what? Two weeks?
Apple has released their first iTunes update since 5.0 was released exactly two weeks ago. I'm sure version 5.0.1.4 fixes "stuff" but I couldn't find any specific details on Apple's site. Best way to get it, select Help|Check for iTunes Updates in your copy of iTunes.
