Web design book update

The introduction has been finished. All that's left is chapter 20: CSS Positioning. (Does anyone get the impression I've been avoiding writing this chapter?) As soon as that's done (God help me, tomorrow) I'll turn this darn first draft in and can forget about it for a few weeks.
