Web design book update

Chapter 13: Color, Units of Measurement, and URLs in CSS has been completed. Just two chapters (CSS & Lists and CSS Positioning) and the appendix on moving from HTML to XHTML are left to go. (The lists chapter is mostly written already but as articles I've written for BCR's newsletter. I just need to combine them and flesh them out.)
